A popular Lagos base Prophet, Primate Elijah Ayodele has frowned at the insensitivity of Nigerian politicians towards the plight of the people who elected them into the office they found themselves.
Primate Elijah Ayodele displayed this aggression during his annual thanksgiving programme where hundreds of people were empowered which was held at the premises of the cathedral of INRI Evangelical spiritual church in Lagos, Nigeria.
Primate Ayodele said if not for the unhealthy attitude of the Nigeria politicians, the socioeconomic doldrum being experienced in the country presently wouldn’t have happened because of the quantum of resources both human, natural and capital that nature bestowed on the country.

The Primate who also commissioned the road leading to the community where his church is situated which he constructed to ease the problems the residents encounter specially during raining season claimed he decided to take up the road construction of the road after several failed efforts to make Lagos state government and the local council of the area do the needful about the bad road.
He called on well meaning Nigerians to use the funds at their disposals to alleviate the suffering of people in their immediate environment saying it is biblical and highly humane to cater for the needy in the society.
He warned politicians to desist from wasting money on acquiring of latest cars and building of estates all over the world but should invest more human in order to make life more meaningful.
Among those that were empowered were several widows, artisans, young and old regardless of religious believe and tribe.
