Ghallywood sensation, Mr. John Dumelo through the John Dumelo Foundation has given exercise books, school bags and stationary to pupils in Roman Ridge, Accra, Ghana.

John Dumelo who personally presented the items to the pupils to mark the 11th anniversary of the foundation, wrote, “we rise by lifting others up” on a post on his Facebook with photos of the distribution.
He wrote, “this year marks the John Dumelo Foundation’s 11th year of active service of giving back to the community. We shared over 2000 exercise books, school bags and stationary to kids in the Roman Ridge area. We rise by lifting others up….#nowwecan @ Roman Ridge, Accra.”

Dumelo has acted lead roles in scores of home videos produced in Ghana, and a handful produced in Nollywood.
