Suspected cultists on Wednesday night, August 19, 2020, shot dead a 41 years old civil servant with the Delta State Government, Mr. Francis Afam at Limpopo bar by summit junction in Asaba.
The deceased was said to be enjoying himself when two gunmen entered the drinking spot and spoked life out of him.
The gunmen were also said to shot sporadically in the area as they ensured he breath his last before they left the scene of incident.

When contacted for comments, the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Onome Onovwakpoyeya confirmed the report on Thursday in a telephone chat.
Onovwakpoyeya said, “one Francis Afam, 41 years old who hails from Onitcha-Ugbo was shot on the head by two armed men suspected to be cultists at Limpopo Bar. That’s the information”.
