Cross River State Commissioner for Industries Mr. Peter Egba, said the Cross River state garment factory has gotten a contract to sew uniform for the National Youth Service Corp (NYSC).

Egba said in Calabar that the NYSC has made an initial order of 8000 uniforms from Cross River Garment factory to be delivered in eight days.

“The NYSC have brought their materials to us to make for them at the garment factory. Basically the idea behind this is that they want to test our capabilities to deliver within a short period of time that is why they have given us only eight days to deliver 8000 uniforms.”
