“It is pertinent to state that my resolve to withdraw the suit challenging the governorship primaries pending at the Supreme Court in Abuja is borne out of my utmost respect for the national leadership of our party, unity and peace. Therefore, I hereby pledge my sincere support for the party during the forthcoming elections, February 25th and 11th March.”

“I have not withdrawn for the sake of withdrawing, but it is a decision taken after full consultation with my family, the party leaders both at the National and in the State. Since we cannot have two candidates at the same time and in every war, there is always time for peace. I have decided to give my full support to my brother and friend, Obong Akanimo Udofia as the Sole Gubernatorial Candidate for our dear party for the 2023 election.”

“There must be an end to every litigation, hence, I have instructed my lawyers to discontinue the suit at the Supreme Court, bearing in mind that the APC, we are one united family. It is time to work together for peace, unity and redemption of Akwa Ibom State.”

Ntuk paid tributes to the presidential candidate of the APC, Alhaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu, leaders of the party at the national and in Akwa Ibom State who have worked together to unite the APC, calling on his supporters and the people of the State to vote for all candidates of the APC in the elections.
