Rivers state police command has recovered the corpse of a Port Harcourt based lawyer, Soalabo West, from a notorious kidnappers.
According to the police, West was kidnapped and later killed by the kidnappers.
The spokesman of Rivers state police command, Nnamdi Omoni told our correspondent that the corpse of Soalabo West was recovered from the suspect Adamu Musa.
Police say Musa who hails from Gumbi local government area of Adamawa led the operatives of the command to the forest where their victim was killed along Enika-Igbo Etche boundary.

DSP Omoni said the suspected kidnapper has named other members of his gang among.
Soalabo West was kidnapped two weeks ago in his fish farm within Aluu community in Ikwerre local government area and ransom demanded by the kidnappers.
It was reported that one of the kidnappers who came to collect the ransom was shot dead by men of Anti- kidnapping unit who trailed him to Igwuruta community within Amesiaka stadium.

The Nigerian Bar Association, Port Harcourt branch led by Sylvester Adaka, had called for the unconditional release of Soalabo West who was kidnapped two weeks ago in Port Harcourt.
The remains of the lawyer have been deposited at the mortuary to give way for autopsy.
