Two more persons have been kidnapped around Ugbe in Akoko northeast and Oka in Akoko southwest areas of Ondo State.
The two persons, a man and a woman were said to be travelling on the road when the incident occurred.

The woman, a textile trader and her driver were said to have been abducted by unknown gunmen while taking some textile materials to Oka.
The woman’s husband, Mr Akogun said that the vehicle they were traveling in was abandoned on the road.
He said the kidnappers were yet to contact the family members.
Meanwhile police from Oka Akoko, local hunters and the vigilantes group have been mobilised to comb the forest in the bid to rescue the victims.

The police area commander for Iwaro , Assistant commissioner of police Funso Iluyemi who confirmed the incident said police were on top of the situation.
