The golden age 50 is an attainment to relish, because gold is precious. Every athlete whether competing in sprint, soccer, gymnastics or combat, works very hard for the coveted golden medal. Gold is the prized ornament.

In the race of life a man’s 50th birthday is always a celebration to relish. It is a moment of life to make merry. For some people whose good season started early, the golden year is a time to stop and take stock of their life’s achievements, a time to begin to plan for retirement, a time to write one’s Will and appoint administrator and heir.

At 50, every man has garnered sufficient experiences in life. They can talk about what makes life thick, key to success, life’s dreams, regrets, failures, parenting and other responsibilities that come with life as a man grows up.

On the 20th of May, Mr Henry Osunbor, a father, husband, an accountant, a chartered banker, who works as Senior Manager incharge of Business Management and Leasing at Julius Berger Plc, a leading global Civil Engineering and Construction Company marked his 50th birthday. Osunbor’s family, friends and well wishers provided all the camaraderie, tributes, wining and dining, and merriment typical with the celebration of a man who has lived happily half of a century.
