A-19 year old suspected to be a yahoo boy has been arrested by the police in Oleh division, Isoko South local government, Delta State, for killing his twin brother for money rituals.
The suspect was arrested on Monday 24th May, 2021 at Old Olomoro road, Oleh, after the landlord and neighbours of the twins discovered that the deceased was missing for days and his brother had locked himself indoor with the decomposing corpse of his twin brother.
A source within the area alleged that the twin brother to the deceased had gone for money ritual were he was told to kill his twin brother and stay indoors with his corpse for five days.

“He killed his brother and locked himself in the one room apartment they are staying at old Olomoro road in Oleh.
“It was when the landlord of the apartment and neighbours perceived some stench oozing from the flat that they became curious about the whereabouts of the twin brothers. The twins had not gone out for days, this prompted them to break into the room, in there they found the decomposing corpse of the deceased and his twin brother with a dog inside the room.

“After much beating by neighbours the brother to the deceased confessed that a spiritualist told him to kill his twin brother for money rituals and stay with his corpse for five days before he can have money”, the source narrated.
Spokesman of the Police, Delta State command, Mr Bright Edafe, confirmed the incident, saying that police had commenced investigation into the matter.
“For now, there is no evidence that it was for ritual purpose. When they broke into the house, they saw the decomposing body and the twin brother”, the PPRO said.
