Policemen from B Division in Warri South local government, Delta State have reportedly shot dead a suspected armed robber.
Our correspondent reports that the suspect was shot on Thursday 4th May at the marine gate.
A sources said, “the suspects was killed during an exchange of fire with the Police.
“Other gang members escaped with serious gunshot wounds. It’s not clear if the Police recovered any guns from the deceased suspect”.

When contacted for comment, the State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe confirmed the incident in a telephone chat with our correspondent.
Edafe said, “It’s confirmed, only one suspect that was killed” without stating if any arms and ammunition were recovered from the suspects.”
