Plateau State Police Command has said that security services in the state has commenced full enforcement of the directive on nationwide daily curfew.
The police say it will commence implementation of curfew 8p.m and 6a.m. across the state.
The Command also tasked its personnel and those of other security agencies engaged in the enforcement to avoid corrupt practices and compromise of any sort but be firm and display high level of professionalism in the discharge of their duties.

The Command’s Public Relations Officer, ASP Ubah Gabriel in a statement issued in Jos on Tuesday said, there will be over night curfew from 08:00pm to 06:00am daily across the State.
This means that all movements are prohibited during this period, except those on emergency essential duties. Wearing of face mask in public places is compulsory to all.
The police command has appealed to residents of the state to comply with these orders aimed at containing the spread of COVID-19 disease.
While urging the public to adhere strictly with these directives, the Command also warns its personnel and those of other security agencies engaged in this all important national assignment to avoid corrupt practices and compromise of any sort.

Plateau state residents are advised to comply with all directives as violators will be arrested and prosecuted accordingly.
