The Mada Support Group for Governor Abdullahi Sule has saluted the Nasarawa State Governor for constructing rural roads in Akwanga Local Government Area (LGA) of the state.
Emmanuel Bakyo, who is the group leader gave the commendation during a town hall meeting held on Wednesday at Andaha, Akwanga LGA, said the governor has so far constructed 24 kilometres Gudi/Moroa Roads, 24 Kilometres Rinze/Agyaga/Andaha, among other roads in the LGA.
The group leader, who is also a Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to Governor Sule said the Governor constructed these roads out of his desire towards bringing development to our rural areas in order to boost economic activities in the state.
“Gov. abdullahi Sule has also completed the Installations of Gudi solar powered streetlights, Neighborhood Market, established the Faculty of Engineering at the Nasarawa State University, Keffi at Gudi. He also constructed and renovateds somany primary and secondary schools.
He also said “His Excellency has initiated other projects in Akwanga local government area which will be completed in no distant time. These are VIP Lodge, Modern Market, Government Events Centre, Palace of Chun-Mada, Paramount ruler of the area.”

Bakyo commended the governor’s of effort in the aspect of youth empowerment, investment and
employment opportunities has provided in his administration, pledging that the group will continue to support his administration for better governance and more dividends.
He urged on the group to continue to support governor Sule administration and beyond 2023.
Members of the group who endorsed Sule continuity, pleaded with the Governor to provide potable water to some communities in the area and as well upgrade facilities at the Gudi Dam to guarantee stable supply of water across Akwanga local government.
