The Nigeria Police Academy, Kano State, has refuted a publication calling for admission into the 9th Regular Degree Course in the Academy.
A publication on call for admission was published in different media platforms not The Dune earlier this week calling on interested members of the public to apply for admission into the Police Academy.
The Management of the Nigeria Police Academy says the publication is fraudulent.

A disclaimer from management of the Academy reads:
It has come to the notice of the Commandant, Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil Kano, AIG Lawan T. Jimeta, Psc, that some fraudulent individuals published application for admission into 9th Regular Course of the Degree Programme. The attention of the General public is hereby drawn to note that this publication is fraudulent and not from the authority of the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano State.
The General public are hereby requested to note that the application for admission into 9th Regular Course has not yet began. The Academy will publish application for 9th Regular Course at the Academy website. Please do not fall victim of these fraudsters. Please be guided.
