The management of Dalhatu Araf Specialist Hospital, Lafia has commended Governor Abdullahi Sule for his efforts towards ensuring that the hospital is upgraded with necessary equipments to serve the people of the state.

Chief Medical Director of the hospital, Dr. Ikrama Hassan gave the commendation on Wednesday in Lafia while speaking with newsmen on the achievements of the Governor.

He explained that before 2019, the hospital had just one clinic and it was difficult to access the facility because it was always crowded but with the support of the governor, more clinics were built and furnished in the hospital.

“Before the governor came into office, we had just one clinic but now you all can see that we have more clinics because he gave us the necessary support. We had 10 offices for about 170 staff but we now have over 50 offices in the hospital which has made Doctors and other health workers comfortable while carrying out their duties”, he said.

Dr. Ikrama further said that, the hospital has the best Breast cancer testing equipment and a mobile x-ray machine, 3 mobile hospitals and 4 functioning ventilators for speedy recovery of patients with several ailments.

He thanked the governor for his commitments towards the welfare of the hospital staff while calling on residents of the state to continue to give him the needed support for more dividends of democracy.
